Kansas.
In
attendance were insurance claims
professionals and attorneys from
multiple carriers and law firms in
the surrounding geographic areas.
Continuing education credits were
provided to the participants. |

at the Community College of
Philadelphia, Paralegal Studies
Program, discussing the
profession of a paralegal.

INSTITUTE FOR PARALEGAL EDUCATION
On June 15, 2007 Sharon A.
DeNofa, Paralegal was one of
four presenters for a seminar
entitled:
"Litigation Case
Management - Best Practices for
Paralegals". Ms. DeNofa's
topics included case management
strategies to prepare for trial
and "people management" related
to clients, witnesses, experts,
focus groups and mock trials.
The seminar was approved for 6 hours of
credit for Continuing Legal
Education.

maritime law when a vessel in

for help. The session focused
on the significant implications
arising from the service being
characterized as a "tow" or
"salvage".
