ROBERT M. CAVALIER is the Managing Partner of LUCAS AND
CAVALIER, LLC.
Mr. Cavalier has extensive litigation experience in
professional negligence, D&O, EPLI, Public Officials
Section 1983,
insurance defense/coverage, defamation, media, product
liability, maritime and commercial matters.
His product liability experience has involved
compliance issues with the Consumer Product Safety
Commission, Underwriters Laboratory, Flammable Fabrics Act,
heavy equipment, as well as petroleum and chemical product
toxic tort claims.
Additional areas of specialization include
catastrophic injury and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy/Complex
Regional Pain Syndrome.
He has been counsel in declaratory judgment actions
involving insurance coverage disputes concerning an array of
issues and policies.
He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers
University Law School - New Jersey in 1992.
He is a graduate of Trenton State College (College of
New Jersey) - receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in
Business Administration in 1989.
He is admitted to practice in the state and federal
courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as
the United States Supreme Court.
