           Jordan S. Tafflin is an Associate with LUCAS AND CAVALIER, LLC. Mr. Tafflin is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He focuses his practice in Professional Liability, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law and Product Liability. Mr. Tafflin has successfully represented and counseled individuals, businesses and insurers in a wide variety of matters at the trial and appellate levels.

            Mr. Tafflin received his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law in 2003.  He is a graduate of Penn State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2000.

            In addition to being a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Camden County New Jersey Bar Associations, as well as the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), Mr. Tafflin is a very active member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) where he has had a number of articles published.
