J.D. FEENANE
is a partner with LUCAS and
CAVALIER, LLC.
He has over a decade
of civil trial litigation
and insurance defense
experience in the
Philadelphia area, including
work as in-house counsel for
one of the nation’s largest
insurance firms. He
has personally litigated
dozens of cases at trial
with successful results.
He received his Bachelor’s
Degree from Penn State
University in 2011 and his
Juris Doctorate from Temple
University’s Beasley School
of Law in 2014 under a Law
Faculty Scholarship.
While in law school, he was
named a Rubin Public
Interest Law Honors Society
Member for his work at the
Philadelphia District
Attorney’s Office.
Upon passing the
Pennsylvania and New Jersey
Bar Exams, he began
practicing all manner of
civil litigation, including
motor vehicle and premises
liability claims, assault
and battery, sexual and
physical abuse, premises
liability, construction
defect, wrongful death
cases, and more.
In his free time, J.D.
watching his favorite
Philadelphia local teams and
enjoys coaching, refereeing,
and playing basketball.
